- In coordination with our commercial real estate partner, you will be supported in the site selection process by experience real estate professionals. They will guide you along the path from identification of potential sites to the execution of the lease on your store.
- The boutique layout and feel of the Tempur-Pedic retail stores has been designed to create a pressure-free, informative luxury-shopping experience.
- Our experienced construction partner will manage the build-out from start to finish to ensure the unique and uniform appearance of the Tempur-Pedic retail store is achieved.
- Once construction of the store has been completed, our merchandising partner will be onsite to stage the store.
- Ongoing merchandising assistance & advice will be provided to ensure a consistent look and feel throughout all retail stores.
- Prior to opening the store, all franchisees will attend a New Franchisee Orientation at our headquarters in Lexington, KY. This training introduces the Tempur-Pedic operating model to the attendees and is designed to give them the knowledge they will need to run their stores.
- Our Franchise Operations and Training departments will be onsite during the Grand Opening Week to conduct training and prepare the store for customers.

- After your store opens, members of our Franchise Operations department will be available on an ongoing basis to provide guidance, support, and feedback; visit your store to ensure that it is operating in accordance with Tempur-Pedic standards; and share best practices with you.
- Specifically customized for the Tempur-Pedic retail stores, the integrated and fully supported Point of Sale system (POS) transmits merchandise orders to Tempur-Pedic's order management system and includes credit card processing, sales tax calculation, POS & Back Office reporting, and a standardized Chart of Accounts.
- Access to Point of Purchase (POP) marketing material through our online POP shop
- Significant marketing investments over the years have created campaigns to build and maintain a high level of brand awareness and drive traffic to Tempur-Pedic.
- Dedicated customer service experts are available to answer questions on Tempur-Pedic products, orders, delivery, returns, exchanges, and warranty issues.
